How long is the program?
Programs generally go for 7 hours with two 15-minute breaks, and one 30-minute break in between.
What if I'm not satisfied?
LDCS offers post-course support to determine which areas we missed, and would likely offer you a free spot in a future program.
Do you guarantee results?
We can’t guarantee results just from attending. This training requires conscious effort from you to put the tools and techniques into practice. If you do the work, we’re confident you will notice significant improvements.
What’s included in the cost?
You get an emerging leader’s program tailored to your current leadership qualities delivered in person or online. A 90-day playbook filled with personalised action steps for continued leadership growth. An E-Certificate of Attendance. Plus, 2 whole months of post-program follow up support.
What is the transfer and cancellation policy?
You are able to reschedule your program delivery date once for free. If you need to reschedule your program a second time you will be charged an additional 50% of your program cost. You may cancel up to 7 days before your program is delivered for a full refund. If you cancel within those 7 days, no refund is provided.
Do I need to do anything before attending?
Depending on your individual needs, we may do pre-course work, but other than that, just bring yourself :)
