LDCS was born when founder Brendan Barker saw leaders in different organisations present the same challenge: good at managing day-to-day functions, but lack the ability to motivate and inspire their teams.
This has been the traditional way of leadership in organisations, but ultimately leads to lower engagement levels, reducing productivity. Leadership is not about authority, it’s about inspiring people to contribute their best work.
